There are a few reasons there is a current need for ergonomic products

The Aging Game

First we have an aging workforce with people working in manual labour jobs longer and harder the impact of the physical demands of work have become more intense. Most workers tolerate the aches and pains of work as "part of the job" and feel there is nothing they can do about it... until it's too late.

The Shortage Factor

Second there is a shortage of people working in the trades again leading to the fact that the more senior workers are the most qualified and used to working hard and they are the best at what they do! However, because they are aging, their bodies are not able to tolerate the long hours, the heavy and repetitive work as well as they did when that same worker was 20 years younger.
